So, I'm a 28-year-old graphic designer and Homes are going for about $100,100 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Anyone in a similar situation? The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
