So, I'm a teacher here and It's a a small town city with about 5,328 people. The median home value here is around $100,100, which is actually reasonable. Rent is about $745/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Anyone in a similar situation? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
