We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $1,086 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Hello, Poverty rate is 10.9%, which is around average. You can expect to pay around $1,086 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
