Been meaning to ask this. Military spouse here. Median household income is $38,855, which feels on the lower side for the area. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Anyone in a similar situation?
