Hey everyone, I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $340,000 on average. Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. It's a a small town city with about 5,262 people. Rent is about $1,459/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
