Pros and cons of Nashville after 8 years

Anyone else feel this way? We're a young couple and Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $698/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles....
