Best companies to work for in Natchez?

First post here. Median household income is $35,613, which feels on the lower side for the area. Poverty rate is 29.6%, which is higher than I expected. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Should I be concerned?

The food scene here is solid. Tons of great seafood places. it exceeded my expectations.
