Job hunting in Natchez -tips?

Been meaning to ask this. Born and raised here. It's a a small town city with about 14,207 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Anyone else feel this way? Average temperature is around 64--F, so the weather is moderate. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? The suburbs are where most families end up.

Random thought, I work in legal and The unemployment rate is 4.3%, which is about average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Anyone in a similar situation? Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
