Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and Rent is about $2,293/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 59--F, so the weather is moderate. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Worth the trade-offs? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
