Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 8 months ago and It's a a smaller city city with about 27,409 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? TIA! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
