Day-to-day life in Neenah, WI

OK so Military spouse here. You can expect to pay around $970 for rent here. Rent is about $970/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Is this normal for Neenah? Any help is appreciated.

Moved here from Raleigh about 5 years ago. it's not perfect but it works for me. Still getting used to job market but Would recommend to anyone considering it..
