OK so I relocated for work and Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. The median home value here is around $520,000, which is pretty steep. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
