Best neighborhoods to rent in New Braunfels?

So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 98,700, New Braunfels is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 98,700 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What would you do? Thanks! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 14 years ago from Dallas and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Lots of new construction which should help. We're paying /mo for a 1-bed in East. It's decent for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in tech. If you're in legal you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 8 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: underrated. Tons of options if you like Vietnamese.
