Anyone work in healthcare in New Brighton?

We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $345,900, which seems about average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I've lived in Fairview for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. When I first moved here from LA, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Nice parks and green spaces
- The school system scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Rising rent and home prices

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. Hope this helps!.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are stable. You get used to it after the first year.

Bought a house here in 2018 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

As someone who grew up here, it's exactly what I was looking for. A lot has changed in the past few years though. school system used to be much developing but now it's challenging.

I'm a teacher and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is surprisingly good and there's always something going on.
