Best industries in New Richmond right now

Random thought, My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a small town city with about 10,334 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Appreciate any input.

The food scene here is excellent. Tons of great Mediterranean places. I'm still on the fence after all this time.
