Random thought, My family moved here when I was a kid. It's a a small town city with about 10,334 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Appreciate any input.

Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 14 months ago and The median home value here is around $269,000, which seems about average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
