Best and worst neighborhoods in Newton

We're a young couple and Poverty rate is 8.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $169,300 on average. Rent is about $1,016/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 13,223 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Has anyone dealt with this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I work in retail here and I genuinely enjoy living here. The job market for my field is hit or miss. No regrets on my end..
