I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $674,100, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $674,100 on average. Poverty rate is 4.2%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What do you all think? The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Bought a house here in 2020 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
