OK so I'm originally from San Francisco and Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. Any help is appreciated.

Is Nolanville worth moving to in 2026?

First post here. Crime rate is something to consider -Nolanville sits at 85.1 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. TIA! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Curious what people think. I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $179,800 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance!
