Cheapest neighborhoods in North Bethesda?

Alright, I'm a remote worker and Homes are going for about $712,100 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Should I be concerned? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
