Worst things about North Bethesda nobody talks about

Military spouse here. Median household income is $128,970, which feels pretty solid for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Should I be concerned? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
