What surprised you most about North Bethesda?

I'm single, late 20s, and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $2,161/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $128,970 in North Bethesda. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Diverse community
- Easy commute
- Active local events

Cons:
- Limited nightlife
- Sprawl everywhere
- Limited dining options
- High property taxes
- Not enough green space
