Quick question about North Branch

Longtime lurker here, I'm single, late 20s, and It's a a small town city with about 11,182 people. Average temperature is around 43--F, so bundle up in winter. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Does this match your experience? Appreciate any input. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

As someone who grew up here, I'm still on the fence after all this time. A lot has changed in the past few years though. healthcare used to be much stable but now it's excellent.
