Things that make North Branch unique

I'm retired and Household incomes average around $90,383 in North Branch. You can expect to pay around $1,178 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want pet-friendliness, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Compared to Minneapolis it's surprisingly good.

Bought a house here in 2015 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone down slightly since then.

I'm a physical therapist and I've found it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community is hit or miss and there's always something going on.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, the quality of life is solid. Hope this helps!.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Internet is solid in most areas.

I've lived in Eastside for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Atlanta, I was surprised by school system. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- The public transit scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Limited shopping options

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for young professionals. Definitely worth checking out..
