Hi all, I relocated for work and Median household income is $106,690, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Would love some local perspective. Thanks in advance! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
