Housing market in North Syracuse right now

Random thought, Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 9.3%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Came here for retirement and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The weather is honestly improving and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Internet is challenging in most areas.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in Uptown area are improving. Kids love it here.
