Why I chose North Syracuse over bigger cities

Random thought, It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Am I overthinking this? Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Housing market in North Syracuse right now

Random thought, Born and raised here. Poverty rate is 9.3%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
