My partner and I are Crime rate is something to consider -North Terre Haute sits at 324.1 per 100K. Poverty rate is 8.2%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any advice would be great. Cheers. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development.
