Moving from Los Angeles to North Tustin next month
Alright, Crime rate is something to consider -North Tustin sits at 167.0 per 100K. Median household income is $186,250, which feels pretty solid for the area. Poverty rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The traffic is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because it's exactly what I was looking for. The weather is honestly surprisingly good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I've lived in Oak Park for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Raleigh, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Close to major attractions
- The outdoor recreation scene is solid
The downsides:
- Winters are long and cold
- Property taxes are high
Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for singles. No regrets on my end..

I've lived in Westside for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Portland, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Lots of new development happening
- Affordable housing options
- The cost of living scene is hit or miss
The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Limited entertainment options
Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for couples. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in Lakewood area are tough. Kids love it here.

Weather-wise, the summers are decent and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.
