Should I move to North Tustin or stay in Indianapolis?

Hey everyone, Median household income is $186,250, which feels pretty solid for the area. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $2,397 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Worth the trade-offs? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
