What North Tustin does better than anywhere else

Random thought, I relocated for work and It's a a smaller city city with about 26,038 people. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What do you all think? Thanks in advance! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a HR manager who relocated here from Baltimore about 14 years ago. The main reasons were weather and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Lots of new development happening
- Four distinct seasons
- Close to major attractions

Cons that are real:
- Nightlife is limited
- Chain restaurants dominate

Financially, we've found it improving compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are established, gas is tough.

Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is pretty good in most areas.
