Hey, Just moved here 15 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -North Tustin sits at 167.0 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Is this normal for North Tustin? The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
