How are the schools in Northport?

Household incomes average around $141,378 in Northport. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned? The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development.

What surprised you most about Northport?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. Homes are going for about $708,400 on average. Should I be concerned?
