Is Norton Shores a good place to live?

Alright, We have two kids and The median home value here is around $214,000, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 49--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Does this match your experience? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. the quality of life is solid. Compared to Raleigh it's hit or miss.
