Hey everyone, The median home value here is around $214,000, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $214,000 on average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
