Moving from Atlanta to Oak Harbor next month

OK so It's a a small town city with about 24,396 people. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Has anyone dealt with this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

My experience has been mostly positive. I'm still on the fence after all this time. The only thing I'd watch out for is healthcare. Other than that, Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Used to live on the Oak Park side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. it was the best decision I ever made.
