Hey everyone, I'm single, late 30s, and Rent is about $1,629/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Oak Harbor sits at 131.6 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $72,041, which feels about average for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What would you do? Any help is appreciated.
