Hi all, Homes are going for about $719,100 on average. Rent is about $1,670/month for a decent place. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
