I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 2.1%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $3,241 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Anyone work in healthcare in Old Tappan?

Curious what people think. We're a young couple and Rent is about $3,241/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Would love some local perspective. The weather takes some getting used to.
