Alright, It's a a small town city with about 13,772 people. The unemployment rate is 0.6%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I wrong here? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
