Quick question about On Top of the World

Longtime lurker here, I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $57,765, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 0.6%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to LA it's improving.
