What On Top of the World does better than anywhere else

I'm a teacher here and Median household income is $57,765, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 0.6%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What neighborhoods would you suggest? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
