Been meaning to ask this. I'm a remote worker and It's a a small town city with about 18,909 people. Homes are going for about $279,100 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,096 for rent here. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What would you do? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are tough, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
