Not sure if this has been asked before, but We have two kids and Median household income is $47,719, which feels on the lower side for the area. Poverty rate is 21.0%, which is higher than I expected. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
