Things Ontario needs to improve

Hey folks, With a population of 6,649, Ontario is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Ontario sits at 115.4 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 6,649 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Has anyone dealt with this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is public transit. Other than that, Feel free to reach out with questions..

Used to live on the Midtown side, now on the East side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a data analyst who relocated here from Houston about 1 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and weather.

Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Affordable housing options
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Homeless population growing downtown
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Financially, we've found it surprisingly good compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are affordable, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Happy to answer more specific questions..
