Just moved to Orange Beach, any tips?

Anyone else feel this way? Just moved here 11 months ago and Poverty rate is 4.5%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 8,244 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Does this match your experience? Appreciate any input.
