Longtime lurker here, The median home value here is around $178,500, which is actually reasonable. You can expect to pay around $851 for rent here. Homes are going for about $178,500 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here?...

Orrville in the winter -how bad?

Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and Household incomes average around $70,103 in Orrville. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
