Anyone regret moving to Palm Coast?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 40s, and Median household income is $71,840, which feels about average for the area. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,747 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
