Anyone else feel this way? Been living here since 2009. With a population of 94,362, Palm Coast is a smaller city. Average temperature is around 72--F, so it's warm year-round. Poverty rate is 6.9%, which is pretty low. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Let me know your thoughts. TIA!
