Palm Coast is underrated, change my mind
I'm retired and Crime rate is something to consider -Palm Coast sits at 170.4 per 100K. It's a a smaller city city with about 94,362 people. Average temperature is around 72--F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
